Lacey Strong Coaching travel policy

By enrolling in coaching services provided by Lacey Pruitt and Team LaceyStrong, LLC, I certify and acknowledge the following:

🎟️ Show Day Support Policy – The LaceyStrong Standard

Lacey is deeply committed to supporting her athletes and believes in the value of being present on show day whenever possible.

✅ Local Shows

Lacey will always attend local shows (within Louisiana) to support her athletes, as long as her schedule permits.

✈️ Out-of-Town Shows

If you would like Lacey to attend a non-local show, the following terms apply:

  • Athletes must cover:

    • Hotel or lodging accommodations

    • Show ticket(s)

  • Lacey will cover:

    • Gas or airfare expenses

If multiple LaceyStrong athletes are competing at the same show, costs will be split evenly among them.

📅 How to Request Travel Support

If you’d like Lacey to attend your out-of-town show:

  1. Check with Lacey first to confirm her availability.

  2. Send travel dates, location, and show details for approval.

  3. All arrangements must be discussed in advance to ensure proper planning.
