This past week was nothing short of amazing for LaceyStrong Coaching. We brought three incredible athletes to the prestigious NPC Team Universe nationals — and we didn’t just show up, we dominated.
🏆 National Wins Across Three Divisions
LaceyStrong athletes brought home:
1st Place & Overall National Champion in Classic Physique (Mr. Universe title)
5th Place in Figure
3rd Place in Bikini
Our biggest moment? Watching Dylan Cassel earn his IFBB Pro Card and take the overall title of Mr. Universe. This wasn’t just a win — this was a vision brought to life. We've been building this since 2022, and this moment exceeded every expectation.
📦 Pro Prep Tip for National Shows
One key lesson we shared with our athletes during this national-level weekend: overpack and overprepare. When traveling for major competitions, it’s always better to bring too much than too little. This approach minimizes stress and maximizes success.
